Club Structure
Like many sporting organisations the management structure at Clevedon Bowling Club is continually evolving. As Ladies were only permitted to join the Club from the year 2000 the current structure is that of a Club which was, originally, men only but then had a Ladies section added. However Ladies were able to play on the indoor green for some years prior to this by the formation of a separate Club namely Clevedon Ladies Indoor Bowling Club but in April of 2010 this section was amalgamated with the mens Indoor Club.. Consideration is also being given to unifying the membership structure of Clevedon Bowling Club relating to outdoor play and it is anticipated that this will become effective from December of this year. The structure which is shown below is the current part unified arrangement.
